The MSGBC region’s premier energy event – MSGBC Oil, Gas & Power 2023 – officially kicked off this week in Nouakchott, the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, with an opening ceremony attended by Mauritanian President Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani.
