Ibrahima Talla
Ibrahima Talla is the Executive Secretary of the African Local Content Organization (ALCO), where he leads continental efforts to strengthen, align, and professionalize local content systems across Africa.
With a background in economics and supply chain management, he has worked across multiple sectors including energy, mining, and industrial services, helping institutions and companies translate policy ambitions into practical and measurable execution.
Ibrahima is known for promoting a data-driven approach to local content, integrating analytics, impact modelling, and evidence-based planning into national and corporate LC systems. He has designed and implemented several planning, reporting, and performance frameworks used by regulators, operators, and development programs across Africa, and actively contributes to work on cross-border service integration to support coherent regional value chains.
His work focuses on policy implementation, supplier development, and measurable value creation, as he continues to advance ALCO’s mission of fostering coherent, Africa-led industrial transformation.
