From an early career as geophysicist in offshore Marine Arctic Research, where ad-hoc decision making with significant logistical and financial consequences for the vessel schedule has become second nature, Felicia builds on more than 10 years' experience in the exploration industry to date. In the exploration advisory team she helps navigate the energy transition in Africa by accelerating upstream oil & gas towards power and fuel independence of partner countries, and advising investors on the next material project and its due diligence.
