Baye Babou Ndiaye is a seasoned audit and assurance professional based in Dakar, Senegal, currently serving as Managing Partner at Moore Senegal, part of the global Moore network. A chartered accountant and member of Senegal’s ONECCA since 2014, he has built over two decades of experience across audit, advisory, and internal control functions.

He began his career in 2003 at Cabinet Mayoro Wade (PwC), progressing from junior auditor to audit mission leader before moving to NSIA Sénégal Assurances in 2006 as Internal Auditor and Management Controller. In 2008, he joined Mazars Sénégal, where he advanced from audit mission leader to manager in the audit department. By 2014, he was appointed Director of Internal Audit and Risk Management at the Port Autonome de Dakar, and later that year became Managing Partner at Moore Sénégal Audit (now Moore Senegal), where he continues to oversee statutory audit, outsourcing, and advisory services.

His expertise spans multiple sectors, including insurance, financial services, construction, hydrocarbons, renewable energy, and performance improvement consulting. He is highly experienced in organizational management, process controls, information systems, and investment advisory, bringing a results-oriented approach to guiding clients toward sustainable growth and operational excellence.
