A graduate of the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis in Organic Chemistry, he began his career as a Sales Engineer specializing in chemical products in West Africa, before furthering his education through an Executive Program at Wits Business School (Johannesburg) and earning the International Certificate in Corporate Finance (ICCF) from HEC Paris. 

He built his expertise in the lubricants sector with ExxonMobil in Cameroon and Senegal, and later with Shell in Côte d'Ivoire and Europe. After a period in the information technology sector, he became Upstream Supply Manager at Aggreko in Dubai, and subsequently Regional Lubricants Sales Manager at Oryx Energies in Senegal. 

In January 2019, he joined TotalEnergies within the Marketing & Services Africa division as a Business Development Manager in the Strategy Department, before being appointed Managing Director of TotalEnergies DRC in September 2020, and Managing Director of TotalEnergies Senegal in December 2022.
